Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Franchise Account Manager or equivalent in a franchise/multi-site environment.
2+ years in training, coaching, or sales enablement.
Ability to design and deliver structured learning programs beyond on-the-job shadowing.
Strong commercial acumen with a track record managing complex franchise/wholesale relationships.
Desirable: formal L&D or coaching qualification (CIPD L&D, ICF, ATD CPTD).
Desirable: experience using LMS platforms and sales enablement tools.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain a structured FAM development program covering onboarding, core skills, advanced capabilities, and ongoing development.
Create training materials including playbooks, talk tracks, workshops, role-plays, e-learning, and assessments.
Lead virtual and in-person training for new FAMs and existing team members.
Coach FAMs based on call observations, CRM data, performance metrics, and manager feedback.
Equip FAMs to confidently manage challenging franchisee conversations and resolve issues.
Partner with HR, Operations, Marketing, Product, and other teams to keep training commercially relevant.
