Job summary

This fully remote role focuses on client services, relationship-building, and knowledge of digital marketing tools to support franchisees.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field, plus 2+ years in account services, sales, or client services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of account services experience in digital marketing or related internship experience.
• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or client services experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide front-line customer service to support franchisees and increase client satisfaction.
• Understand client contracts and selling opportunities to generate revenue.
• Onboard new franchise locations and coordinate with internal teams to drive results.
• Maintain accurate status reports, billing, and budget summaries.
