About The Team

The ad sales team is responsible for the advertising vision, development, and growth of our largest advertising partnerships. Formed in 2021, this team seeks additional members to build an industry-leading ads and promotions business across DoorDash’s enterprise restaurant brands. The growing DoorDash ads business aims to become the premier platform for merchants and brands to market to local customers, creating a beneficial ecosystem for all parties.

About The Role

As an Account Executive, Enterprise Restaurant Accounts, you will build partnerships that generate tangible value for DoorDash and advertisers. You will manage ad strategies across franchises within a set portfolio, drive growth and adoption of our ads and promotions offerings, and work on developing new and existing business. Collaboration with account management, marketing, analytics, and product teams will be essential to innovate our approach. You will report to a Manager, Restaurants, in our Enterprise Sales & Business Development organization.

What You’ll Do
  • Contribute to the growth of our DoorDash Ads & Promotions Franchise team
  • Prospect, manage pipelines, and conduct client meetings in a high-velocity, ambiguous environment
  • Own the full sales cycle from outreach to campaign execution, reporting, and upselling, with goals based on outreach activities and revenue
  • Expand revenue with existing clients and build relationships with new decision-makers
  • Help develop strategies and playbooks to expand Ads and Promos across franchisees
  • Collaborate with Enterprise Account Executives to educate franchisees and drive investment in DoorDash Ads and Promos
  • Represent advertiser needs to influence product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
  • Co-develop pitch materials and processes for scaling the team and business
  • Adapt and develop new tactics in a scrappy, ambiguous environment
About You
  • 3-5 years of experience in technology sales, digital media experience preferred, with a consultative selling approach
  • Ability to use data and insights to inform recommendations aligned with advertiser objectives
  • Knowledge of digital ad measurement, attribution, and funnel metrics
  • Strong communication and presentation skills across organizational levels
  • Excellent organizational skills and pipeline management, capable of balancing short- and mid-term impacts
  • Experience working with restaurant advertisers or similar is a plus

Additional Information

Salary ranges from $73,440 to $108,000 USD, with total on-target earnings from $141,400 to $208,000 USD, depending on location and experience. We are committed to diversity and inclusion, welcoming applicants from all backgrounds and experiences.
