Job summary

Alan is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their team. In this role, you will maximize customer experience through seamless onboarding and high-touch support. You’ll work closely with C-suite stakeholders to deliver exceptional product education and drive adoption.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of relevant experience, strong communication skills in both French and English, and a customer-centric mindset. This position offers hybrid working opportunities across key cities in France.

Qualifications

• 5 years proven track record in customer success or enterprise account management.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional projects.
• SaaS, Insurance, or Consulting industry experience valuable.

Responsibilities
