Job summary

the company in Paris/Brussels is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Success Manager for the Public Sector. You will ensure flawless operational execution and compliance across the contract lifecycle, acting as the primary contact for freelancers deployed under the framework agreement.

You will collaborate with Account Managers, manage quotes, CRA, POs, and renewals, and drive process improvements with Business Operations and Product teams. Fluency in French and English is required.

Qualifications

• 5 years in operational contract management or related roles.
• Experience within the Belgian Public ecosystem or with large-account subcontractors is a strong asset.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong organizational skills and strict compliance mindset.
• Proficient with internal platform configurations and data tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage validation of quotes and activity reports (CRA) for non-autonomous clients.
• Ensure upload and consumption of purchase orders (POs) to guarantee invoicing flow.
• Anticipate project end dates and support renewals and business continuity.
• Serve as the primary contact for client requests, resolving issues or escalating as needed.
• Act as expert on client contracts (SLAs, penalties) and PO workflows to guarantee terms.
• Demonstrate platform benefits and train clients on autonomous operations.
