Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and plan workload with Store Manager.
• Acknowledge customers, help locate products, and provide solutions.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
• Ensure SOPs and company programs are followed; maintain store conditions and safety.
• Participate in inventory management and shrink/safety programs.
• Act as Manager on Duty (MOD) as needed.
• Oversee Omni-channel processes.
