Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.

• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery.
• Assist in enforcing SOPs and company programs; ensure policy compliance.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to meet KPI targets and optimize sales floor time.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, safety programs, and opening/closing store operations.
