Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Lead in Gainesville, GA to coach a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions. The role involves leading SOP adherence, managing workload, and ensuring on-time delivery of framing projects.

Ideal candidates have retail management experience and a background in leading a sales team. The position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and early mornings in a public retail store

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience is beneficial.
• Experience leading a sales team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet their KPI targets.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new Team members.
