Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a Store Lead at ATL-MARIETTA, GA to guide a framing team and drive custom framing sales. You will work closely with the Store Manager to plan workload, coach associates, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Primary responsibilities include leading the framing team, meeting KPIs, managing inventory and safety programs, and supporting omni-channel processes. Occasional evenings, weekends, and early hours may apply.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery of solutions.
• Manage store operations, SOP adherence, and policy implementation.
• Develop selling behaviors and supervise workload planning with the Store Manager.
• Oversee inventory, shrink control, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in hiring and onboarding.
