Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. Miami Kendall, FL is seeking a Store Leader to coach a framing team, drive custom framing sales, and deliver high-quality framing solutions. You will plan workloads with the Store Manager, monitor KPIs, and ensure adherence to SOPs and safety standards.

You will interview, onboard, and train new team members while supporting talent development and performance management. Nights, weekends, and early shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required for daily store operations.
• Retail management experience preferred to lead a framing team.
• Experience leading a sales team is desirable for achieving KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Oversee SOPs, policies, inventory, shrink, safety, and store standards.
