Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Lead in Gainesville, GA to lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating framing solutions for their art. You will drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.

Responsibilities include managing SOP compliance, coaching staff, planning workloads, achieving KPIs, and coordinating with Store Manager on daily operations and training initiatives.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPI’s and manage the framing team to achieve their KPI’s.
• Review sales and production workload and build plans and sales floor time.
