Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing outcomes.
• Manage workload with the Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and guide the team to meet their role KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs and ensure SOP compliance.
