Job summary

As MOD and team leader you will plan workloads, manage inventory, ensure SOP compliance, and mentor staff. This role requires hands-on leadership, excellent communication, and a commitment to safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required.
• Experience in retail management is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to reach them.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing and floor time.
• Manage inventory and shrink/safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training.
