Responsibilities include leading the framing team, coordinating workload with the Store Manager, and ensuring SOP compliance while delivering excellent customer service.

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Manage workflow, inventory, and safety programs to meet KPIs and standards.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs and company programs, uphold store conditions, and promote company values.
