Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. seeks a Store Lead at TAMPA-WESLEY CHAPEL, FL to supervise a framing team and drive custom framing solutions for customers. You will coach staff, ensure adherence to SOPs, and partner with the Store Manager to meet KPIs while maintaining exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities include leading daily operations, overseeing inventory and safety programs, and supporting onboarding and training of team members. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors to achieve KPI’s.
• Manage and execute inventory, shrink and safety programs.
