You'll guide daily operations, inventory and safety programs, participate in interviewing and training, and serve as Manager on Duty while delivering KPI results in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a framing team to deliver high-quality custom framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing for their art.
• Manage workload planning with Store Manager to meet KPI targets and ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink and safety programs, and store operations as MOD.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and performance management of team members.
