Michaels in Knightdale, NC is seeking a Store Lead for the framing team who will coach peers, build strong customer relationships, and drive custom framing sales by creating tailored solutions for artwork.

You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload, lead the team to meet KPIs, manage inventory and safety, and deliver a positive in-store experience for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and training of new team members.
• Manage inventory and safety programs and participate in performance management.
