Job summary

The Michaels Companies is seeking a Custom Framing Manager at the Tulsa store (4927 E 41st St). You will lead a team of framers, focus on building strong customer relationships, and deliver framing solutions for art projects.

You will coordinate workload with the Store Manager to meet KPI targets, manage inventory and safety programs, and support omni-channel processes. Nights, weekends, and early mornings are required in this public retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Plan workload with Store Manager to deliver high-quality framing solutions on time.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team to meet role KPIs.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs; participate in hiring and training.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and support omni-channel processes.
