Job summary

Michaels is seeking a Store Manager for the Tulsa, OK area to lead a framing team, coach selling behaviors, and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions to customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workload, manage KPIs, and ensure SOPs and safety standards are followed in a busy retail environment.

You will interview, onboard, and train new team members, develop talent, and participate in performance management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a sales team in a retail environment.

• Strong familiarity with SOPs and company policies.
