• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing SOPs and company programs.
• Develop and coach selling behaviors and framers' performance.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions on time.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing and floor time.
• Manage inventory, shrink and safety programs; act as MOD.
• Participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training.
