Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Assist Store Manager in SOPs, policy execution, and store standards.
• Plan workload with Store Manager and manage inventory, safety, and shrink.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing and training.
• Support Omni channel processes and truck unloading.
