Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a framing and customer service associate at our CHLT-PARK ROAD location in NC. You will help customers select framing solutions, operate the cash register, and maintain a clean, well-merchandised store.

You will work with a team to deliver high-quality framing orders on time, stock replenishment, and omni-channel support while upholding SOPs and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Basic measuring skills needed for framing.
• Customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time.
• Maintain the frame department and replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
