Job summary

The Michaels Companies Marlton, NJ store is seeking a framing and customer service associate. You will assist customers, prepare custom framing solutions, process sales, and keep the sales floor well merchandised and stocked.

You will operate the cash register, follow SOPs, help with omni-channel processes, and support stock replenishment while delivering friendly service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience selling products and/or services to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating custom framing solutions.
• Deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they’re looking for.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
• Other duties as assigned.
