Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate at the CHLT-GASTONIA, NC location to help customers find what they need and to build custom framing solutions. You will work to deliver friendly service, maintain a well merchandised, in-stock store, and adhere to SOPs while supporting sales and production targets.

The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, with preferred retail experience and experience selling products to customers.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance with laws and requirements.
• Build relationships with customers while creating Custom Framing solutions and deliver sales and production results.
• Complete framing orders with high quality and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame department and other areas including SISO and Directed Replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service; help customers shop and find what they are looking for; keep store well merchandised and in stock.
• Follow SOPs and Company programs.
