Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Durham, NC seeks a part-time Retail Framing/Custom Team Member to assist customers, create framing solutions and maintain a welcoming store environment. You will operate framing equipment, assist with Omni-channel processes, and ensure orders are completed on time with accuracy.

Responsibilities include helping customers find products, completing framing jobs, stocking, cash handling, and delivering friendly service in a climate-controlled retail setting.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Experience operating framing equipment and glass cutter preferred.
• Retail experience and ability to sell products/services appreciated.

• Complete framing orders with quality and on-time delivery.
• Maintain ready-made frame department and stock areas; assist with Omni-channel processes.
