Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is hiring at our store in Raleigh to support framing services and customer-focused sales. You will build relationships with customers, manage framing orders, and ensure a well-stocked, tidy store while following SOPs and safety guidelines.

You will also assist with omnichannel processes, operate the cash register, and contribute to a safe, engaging shopping environment, including weekends and evenings as required.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate the framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance to laws and requirements.
• Complete framing orders with quality and on time.
• Maintain the framing department and ready-made frames; assist with replenishment.
• Deliver friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Assist with Omni channel processes.
