Job summary

The Michaels Companies Inc. is seeking a retail associate to build customer relationships and assist with framing solutions in a busy store environment.

You will help customers shop, process transactions, and maintain a clean, well-stocked shop floor, including the framing department and related areas. The role requires basic computer and measuring skills, experience with framing equipment, and a willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.
• Retail experience and selling products/services to customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in framing solutions and product selection.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain ready-made framing department and stock replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service and keep store clean and well merchandised.
