Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing outcomes.
• Manage SOP adherence, store policies, and team performance to meet KPIs.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to ensure timely framing solutions.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and safety programs in the framing shop.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in hiring and onboarding.
