Michaels in Vernon Hills, IL is seeking a Store Lead for the framing team. You will lead and coach a team of framers, drive custom framing sales, assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art, and support the Store Manager in delivering a high standard of service.

Responsibilities include managing SOP compliance, developing selling behaviors, planning workload with the Store Manager, achieving KPIs, overseeing inventory, shrink and safety programs, and acting as Manager

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.
