Michaels NWK-ROCKAWAY, NJ is seeking a Lead Framer/Framing Manager to guide a team in delivering high-quality custom framing solutions and superior customer service. You will drive framing sales, coach staff, and manage daily operations with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.

The role requires experience in framing and retail leadership, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience and sales team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the framing team to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing solutions.
• Ensure SOP compliance, safety, and store standards with the Store Manager.
• Plan workload, manage KPI targets, and allocate framing tasks.
• Oversee inventory, shrink, and truck unloading/stocking processes.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and participate in interviewing and onboarding.
