Michaels in Traverse City is seeking a Store Leader to guide a framing team and drive custom framing sales. You will coach colleagues, ensure SOP adherence, and manage workload with the Store Manager to deliver on-time, high-quality framing solutions for customers.

Ideal candidates bring leadership experience in retail framing, solid customer service, and a track record of achieving sales and KPI targets while supporting talent development and store operations.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills.
• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs to ensure compliance.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead delivery of high-quality custom framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPI’s and manage framing team to achieve their KPI’s.
