Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills required.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred.
• Retail management experience is preferred for this role.
• Experience leading a sales team is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers and focus on building customer relationships while creating framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing products for their art.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; ensure SOPs and company programs are followed.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and assist with interviewing, onboarding, and coaching of new team members.
