Job summary

The Michaels Companies in Collegeville, PA is seeking a Store Associate to help customers find framing and art supplies and to deliver a clean, organized shopping environment. You will operate the cash register, stock the floor, and support omnichannel processes while following SOPs and safety policies.

You will assist customers with Custom Framing solutions, unload trucks, and maintain a well merchandised store.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience includes basic computer skills and basic measuring skills.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers shop for framing and art supplies.
• Operate cash register and cash handling to standards; assist with Omni channel processes.
• Un-load trucks and stock shelves; maintain ready-made frame department and other areas.
• Deliver high quality framing orders on time; keep the store clean, safe and well merchandised.
• Support shrink and safety programs; follow SOPs and company policies.
• Interact professionally with customers and teams, and assist with daily operations.
