Michaels in O’Fallon, MO is seeking a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience. The role includes unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in‑stock shelves to support our brand promises.

Responsibilities cover guiding customers, enrolling them in Rewards and Private Label Credit Cards, and engaging with Omni channel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Educate customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking and planogram processes.
• Ensure well-merchandised and in-stock store through recovery and go-back handling.
• Follow SOPs and company policies; interact respectfully with customers and team members.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
