Job summary

The Michaels Companies Roseville location is seeking a Framing Manager to lead a team of framers, coach sales behaviors, and deliver high-quality custom framing solutions. You will plan workload with the Store Manager, manage inventory and safety programs, and drive KPI performance while maintaining excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and supporting Talent Development, acting as MOD, and ensuring adherence to SOPs in a fast-paced retail

Qualifications

• Previous custom framing experience is preferred.
• Retail management experience.
• Experience leading a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers who focus on building customer relationships while creating a framing solution for their art.
• Drive custom framing sales.
• Assist customers in creating a memorable framing solution for their art.
• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Manage and execute inventory, shrink and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD).
