The role requires leadership in a retail environment, with responsibility for inventory, training, and performance management. Nights, weekends, and early mornings may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers focused on building customer relationships.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating framing solutions.
• Ensure SOP adherence and company program compliance; enforce store standards and policies.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager; manage framing workload to meet delivery timelines.
• Oversee inventory management, shrink and safety programs; participate in Talent Development and performance management.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD); participate in interviewing, onboarding, coaching and training of new team members.
• Coordinate with MODs on framing operations and expectations; maintain a positive, respectful work environment.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking; support omni-channel processes.
