Qualifications

• Basic computer skills are required for store operations and POS systems.
• Retail management experience is preferred to lead the team effectively.
• Experience leading a sales team is desirable to drive store performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and assist customers in creating memorable framing options.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to deliver on-time framing projects and KPI targets.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs; act as MOD as needed.
