Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of framers to build customer relationships and framing solutions.
• Drive custom framing sales and ensure on-time delivery of framing projects.
• Plan workload with the Store Manager to optimize staffing and framing output.
• Achieve KPI targets and manage the framing team’s KPI performance.
• Review sales and production workloads to align with floor plans and networking opportunities.
• Manage inventory processes, shrink control, and safety programs.
