The Michaels Companies in Houston, TX is seeking a Store Lead to coach a framing team and drive custom framing sales. You will partner with the Store Manager to plan workloads, deliver high-quality framing solutions, and ensure a memorable experience for customers.

Lead setting goals, monitor KPI performance, mentor team members, and uphold SOPs while maintaining a clean, safe store. You will handle interview, onboarding, and training activities and support talent development within the framing

Qualifikationen

• Basic computer skills required for daily operations.
• Previous custom framing experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Retail management experience and experience leading a sales team are advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Assist Store Manager in leading and managing adherence to SOPs and Company programs.
• Develop and coach the team selling behaviors.
• Lead the delivery of high-quality framing solutions to customers on time.
• Achieve KPIs and manage the framing team to meet targets.
• Review sales and production workload and plan staffing accordingly.
• Manage inventory, shrink, and safety programs.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and participate in interviewing and training.
