Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service or selling experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers and supervisors.
• Adept at demonstrating fragrances and guiding customers through notes and layering.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and build relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Demonstrate fragrances and educate customers on notes, layering, and usage.
• Maintain a polished, organized, and replenished floor to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
• Drive sales and loyalty by using clienteling tools and promoting new launches and events.
• Process transactions efficiently using POS and mobile selling technology.
• Collaborate with the Beauty team to showcase the full range of products and services.
