Newell Brands, the parent company of Yankee Candle, is seeking a Part-Time Yankee Candle – Retail 2nd Assistant Manager in Louisville, KY to support store leadership and guest experience in a fragrance-filled environment.

You will assist the Store Manager in delivering profits and a top-tier shopping atmosphere while coaching a high-performing team and ensuring smooth daily operations. This role requires flexibility and weekend/holiday availability.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Retail management experience preferred (2+ years).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with retail software and Microsoft Office required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving top-line sales growth.
• Contribute to building a high-performing team and on-boarding new staff.
• Support to manage HR-related situations and performance discussions.
• Motivate, inspire, and retain top talent through coaching.
• Ensure store appearance and safety standards are maintained.
