Newell Brands, a leading consumer goods company, seeks a 2nd Assistant Store Manager for our Yankee Candle location in Plainfield, IN. This part-time, onsite role focuses on team leadership, guest experience, and driving profitable sales growth.

You will assist the Store Manager, onboard and develop staff, and ensure the store meets visual and operational standards while maintaining a positive, fragrance-rich work environment. Weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented approach.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
