Job summary

Newell Brands is seeking a Yankee Candle – Retail 2nd Assistant Manager for our Simpsonville, KY store. This part-time, onsite role reports to the Store Manager and focuses on supporting operations, coaching staff, and delivering an outstanding guest experience.

You will help drive sales growth, maintain visual standards, and ensure effective team performance in a fragrance-filled environment. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
