Job summary

Newell Brands in National Harbor, MD is seeking a part-time Yankee Candle-Retail 2nd Assistant Manager to join our onsite team. This role assists the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience, achieving sales goals, and maintaining store standards.

You will lead the team, support onboarding, coaching, and performance management, while ensuring smooth operations, safety, and loss prevention in a fragrance-rich retail environment. Weekend and holiday hours required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
