Newell Brands in Pottstown, PA seeks a Part-Time Yankee Candle Retail 2nd Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience and driving sales growth. You will help lead store operations and coaching, while upholding brand standards and company values.

The role requires experience in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to work weekends and holidays in a fragrance-filled environment.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED.
• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
