The role focuses on team development, coaching, and maintaining store standards while coordinating inventory, loss prevention, and visual presentation in a fragrance-filled environment. Weekend/holiday availability required.

Qualifications

• High School completion or equivalent GED.
• Proven retail management experience (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented mindset.
• Must work in fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
