Job summary

Newell Brands in Merrimack, NH seeks a part-time 2nd Assistant Store Manager for Yankee Candle. You will support the Store Manager to deliver an exceptional guest experience, drive sales, and lead a small team in a fragrance-filled environment.

You will help with onboarding, coaching, scheduling, and daily store operations, ensuring adherence to company policies and loss-prevention measures while upholding the Newell Brands values of integrity, teamwork and ownership.

Qualifications

• High School completion or GED.
• Proven experience in a retail management role (2 years preferred).
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in retail software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Solution-oriented.
• Must be able to work in a fragrance-filled environment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
