Job summary

Unilever UFH US Hub seeks a Program & Operations Manager to lead fragrance innovation programmes, coordinating cross-functional teams from creation through submission readiness. You will drive prioritisation, remove bottlenecks, and ensure high-quality outputs while shaping future capability of the US Hub.

You will oversee lab operations, resource planning, digitalisation, and continuous improvement to build a high-performing fragrance organisation supporting Unilever brands across the Americas.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex/global projects with delivery in challenging environments.
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration capabilities.
• Data management and digital tooling experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate fragrance creation programmes and project portfolios.
• Partner with perfumers, evaluators, R&D teams and stakeholders to drive delivery.
• Develop operations, lab readiness and digitalisation initiatives.
