dsm-firmenich is seeking a Fragrance Development Manager to shape innovative fine fragrance creations from brief to launch in New York, NY or Princeton, NJ. You will partner with perfumers, sales, marketing, consumer insights, and technical teams to translate client needs into compelling olfactive strategies.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ fragrance evaluation experience in Cross Category (Fine Fragrance & Beauty) with focus on Hair Care.
• Expertise in fragrance creation tailored to categories and clients’ needs with project management skills.
• Creativity and leadership on multiple projects.
• Consumer understanding to develop olfactive guidelines for perfumers.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional projects for Fine Fragrance and Beauty and Care.
• Manage multiple fragrance projects per brief and guidelines.
• Partner with perfumers, sales, technical development, marketing and consumer insights.
• Collaborate across a global fragrance network to leverage new creations.
