Job summary

Interparfums USA, LLC is seeking a Project Manager to lead the operational execution and commercialization of new product launches and giftsets. You will coordinate across Packaging Development, Product Development, and Supply Chain to ensure timely progress from development to production.

This hybrid role requires 3+ years in project management within fragrance or cosmetics and offers a competitive salary with a bonus opportunity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field is required.
• 3+ years of project management experience in fragrance/cosmetic industries.
• Gift set management experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational PM and commercialization of new product launches and giftsets across engineering, tooling, color development, production, filling & assembly, and launch readiness.
• Manage timelines, milestones, dependencies, and critical paths across multiple concurrent projects.
• Partner with Engineering, Product Development, Packaging, Manufacturing, Production, and Operations to ensure progress per plan.
• Establish project scope, timelines, responsibilities, and deliverables with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Track status, identify delays or dependencies, and resolve issues impacting timelines or production.
• Manage changes in timing, cost, resources, and production.
• Lead weekly Operations Meetings, maintaining timelines, trackers, and deliverables.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to keep launches on track.
• Escalate critical issues and provide updates to stakeholders and management.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional teams for on-time deliverables.
